CMU Business Relations

CMU has revised its policy/procedure effective immediately regarding business relationships. A link to the policy/procedure is listed under Chapter 3-32 of the Manual of Un​iversity Policies, Procedures and Guidelines on the General Counsel's website.

 

In general, prior approval from the President is required to engage in a new business relationship with certain identified entities or persons. Currently, this includes Wilcox Professional Services, LLC and Smith Group.
