How do​ I get help?

If you need im​​mediate assis​t​ance, please call the Help Desk at (989) 774-3662. Or click here to chat with us​! Why not drop a line to helpdesk@cmich.edu? Stop by and visit us in person at Park Library room 101! There are plenty of ways to get help!
 
The OIT Help Desk is CMU's main provider of technology support to all students, faculty, and staff. If we cannot answer your question, we will find someone that can, and route you to the appropriate department or person.

Hours of Operation

Please note: hours may vary during holiday breaks, or when classes are not in session.

Phone, chat, email service:
  • Monday-Thursday: 7AM to 8PM
  • Friday: 7AM to 5PM
  • Saturday: 12PM to 5PM
  • Sunday: 12PM to 8PM
